Happy Anniversary!

Today is my anniversary and this is the card I made for my husband.  I tried not to make it too girly and I'm not too sure if I succeeded or not but I really like it.  I made the quote card by stamping an image on white cardstock in Embossing ink and then loaded it up with black glitter Zing Embossing Powder.  I love this stuff!  It's so easy to work with and always heats up and melts perfectly!  Then using my Nestabilities Scalloped Ovals dies I cut it out and then a slightly larger version in black as a mat.  Really makes a statement doesn't it!  I also ruffled the grosgrain ribbon myself by doing a simple running stitch in white embroidery floss and then cinched it up and tied the ends.  Pretty easy!
